Encounters on Endor

This piece was created for the backcover of the jun - jul - aug issue of the fanzine of the Belgian Star Wars fanclub TeeKay, also see: [link] .

This issue of the fanzine is all about Endor. And because the front cover artist was already using the Ewoks as a subject, I had to come up with something totally different. And what I like about this piece, is that the Ewoks are there, but you can not see them!

The piece is entirely made in aquarel (water colors). No digital compositioning has been done, this is the piece as it is created on Canson paper. Of course I had to use a lot of references.
